La siguiente información va relativa a la situación que esta viviendo el mundo con el tema de la enfermedad COVID19, también conocida como "coronavirus", Nuestra empresa siendo responsable y actuando de la manera correcta que nos caracteriza, estamos trabajando en equipo  y comprometidos en salva guardar la salud de nuestros clientes y colaboradores, para poder seguir prestando un servicio en la medida de lo posible ¨regular".

 

Nuestras actividades producción se encuentran de momento ACTIVAS PERO CON HORARIOS REDUCIDOS, al igual que las sedes físicas de showroom en Ciudad de Panamá y Madrid, por lo que solo estamos procesando pedidos y ordenes de manera ON LINE, bien sea directamente en web site o por nuestras vías de contacto oficiales ( Whatsapp o Email), en donde estamos haciendo nuestro mayor esfuerzo en poder atenderles en tiempos cortos debido a la falta e personal ya que todos nos encontramos desde nuestras casas trabajando con cariño para ustedes.

Se estarán despachando de momento únicamente piezas fabricadas, de colecciones y disponibles, se pueden tomar pedidos personalizados o especiales pero no podemos garantizar con certeza el tiempo de entrega de éstos, se puede consultar al taller poco a poco retomamos la confección de pedidos personalizados. 

3. Considera que los tiempo normales de envíos se verán afectados, hemos decidido implementar sistema de envíos de pedidos una vez por semana, para evitar el mayor contacto social que se pueda tener con empresas de transporte y así aportar nuestro grano de arena para que todo esto pase más rápido. Podrían quedar afectados nuestros tiempos de envíos debido a la situación actual y rogamos el mayor entendimiento al respecto, por ello agradecemos tu compra, te garantizamos esta será enviada y entregada en el menor tiempo que nos sea posible hasta que se levante el estado de emergencia mundial y podamos regresar a la normalidad.

Los envíos no solo dependen de nosotras, también pueden verse afectados por temas internos de cada país receptor, ya que cada país ha tomado medidas diferentes en consideración al caso del COVID19, recomendamos revisarlas en cada caso particular, nosotras nos podemos reservar el derecho de realizar su envío hasta el momento en que se pueda realizar de manera normal para evitar pérdidas de sus pedidos en correos.

6. NO ACEPTAREMOS REEMBOLSOS NI DEVOLUCIONES DE NINGUN TIPO DURANTE EL TIEMPO QUE ESTA ALARMA O ALERTA EXISTA EN NUESTRA EN WEB.

CUALQUIER tema de retrasos en envíos, entregas que puedan escaparse de nuestro medio de control, nos excluyen de responsabilidad de dichos posibles retrasos, ya que la situación extraordinaria se escapa de nuestras manos, por lo que intentaremos resolver de la mejor manera posible dicha situación de presentarse; pero nos excluimos de cualquier responsabilidad o sanción debido a la situación temporal del COVID19 en el mundo.

NOS EXCLUIMOS DE RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL por cualquier problema que pueda ocasionarse para nuestros clientes durante el tiempo del COVID19, sin embargo dejámos claro que haremos todo lo posible para solventar y responder sus dudas y problemas que consideremos podamos hacerlo en la medida de lo posible para nosotras como empresa.
